Appointment Guidelines
NOTICE; There will be a 3.5% convenience fee applied to all credit card transactions.
Paying in cash or checks will avoid these fees
**** You will be required to put a $50.00 retainer down to hold your Color or Highlight appointment
which will be applied to the final cost of your service.***

CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW POLLICY
Please remember that YOUR TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS MINE.
Your time is reserved only for you so please CONFIRM with us that you will attend your scheduled appointment. Please understand that if you cancel/reschedule last minute it is difficult to fill your appointment time. Appointments canceled or no showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service booked.
